2. Personal data subject to processing: In the context of registration and participation in the event, the Chamber will process identification and professional contact data of the participants and, where applicable, data of the company they represent, as well as the data necessary for managing access to the platform or tool enabled for the event.

3. Purposes of processing: The data will be processed to manage registration and participation in the event, including registration verification, access control, logistical organization, sending necessary communications about the event, and handling inquiries. The data will also be processed to facilitate networking and professional interaction among participants, which may involve creating a directory or list of attendees, providing contact features between participants, scheduling meetings, or using equivalent mechanisms designed to promote business networking. Additionally, the Chamber may process the data to comply with legal obligations and to manage incidents or complaints related to the event.

4. Legal basis for processing: The main legal basis for managing registration, participation and necessary communications is the execution of the relationship derived from the request to participate in the event (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

5. Data Sharing: To facilitate networking, the Chamber may share or make accessible to other registered participants certain professional and company data associated with the participant's profile, to the extent necessary for them to identify themselves and interact during the event or on the platform. In any case, the email address used as the platform access identifier will not be visible to other users/participants unless the participant voluntarily adds it to their profile or shares it on their own initiative during interaction. Furthermore, data may be processed by service providers to the Chamber for the proper management of the event (e.g., technical support, hosting, registration tools, or the networking platform), acting as data processors under the Chamber's instructions and with the safeguards required by law. Data may also be disclosed to public administrations, courts, tribunals, or other competent authorities when there is a legal obligation to do so or when necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

6. Retention periods: Data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the event and participation, as well as for any subsequent periods required to fulfill legal or contractual obligations and handle potential claims. Regarding the directory or networking features, data will remain accessible for the duration of the event and, if applicable, for a reasonable period thereafter if the Chamber keeps the platform enabled to facilitate contacts arising from the event. After this period, the data will be deactivated, deleted, or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

7. Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability under the terms established by law, as well as withdraw their consent when it is the basis for processing, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. To exercise these rights, participants may contact the Chamber at lopd@camaranavarra.com, indicating the right they wish to exercise and providing proof of identity when necessary.
